Class Descriptions



BodyPump - A toning and conditioning class with weights and is for both males and females.

BodyFlow - Its the yoga, tai chi and pilates workout that leaves you feeling long, centered and calm.

Yoga - Bring together Mind, Body and Spirit!

CycleSixty - A 60 minute cycle class that will get your heart pumping and blood flowing! Heart rate monitors are recommended but not required.

Pilates - Use the power of your body weight to tone and sculpt your muscles.Weights may/will be combined with dumbells for a total workout head to toe.
